Hi! That's me in the red shorts. I love running and missed being able to run in a Turkey Trot while we enjoyed Thanksgiving at Sea Ranch with our family.

In 2021, I decided to invite neighbors, friends, and family to join me on a casual, unofficial, and unsupported 5k through Sea Ranch roads and trails. 37 people of all speeds and styles (including a turkey!) joined me, kicking off a tradition we hope to continue for years to come.

The course

Meet at One Eyed Jack's picnic area and walk to the start on Pacific Reach. The course heads north on Leeward, turns left at Pelican Ct, and loops back on the Bluff trail before rejoining Leeward via Osprey Reach to finish back at Pacific Reach.

Map at right will be emailed to participants who sign up. A limited number of printed maps will be available day of.

Logistics

Parking: Everyone is encouraged to carpool, walk, or bike. Parking is limited at One Eyed Jack's.

Restroom: Please plan to use the restroom before you leave your house. There is one portable restroom at parking lot.

Support: Everyone should plan to participate at their own pace and be responsible for themselves. This is not a "paced" or "lead" event; it's largely unsupported.
